With the heart of Flint, Michigan, plus a background in Kinesiology by way of Exercise Science and having a love of helping people, creating a Health & Wellness brand was a no brainer. We tend to get so caught up with the things of life that we forget about one of the most important things…Self-care. Self-care plays a part in having optimal wellness in your mind, body, and spirit. This is why I decided to Take Care of Me by becoming more conscious of what I put in and on my body, living a life of prayer/meditation, working to maintain good mental health, and traveling the world enjoying what life has to offer.
