“You have what you say,” is a statement that most people will just write off as something cliché to say. In reality, it’s a bit more powerful than that. What you speak (as long as you continue to believe it), you will eventually see what you have been saying. Bad or good! With that being said, the choice is yours on which you get.
Wrong Speaking:
I have always traveled to different states with my family as a child. Even went to the Bahamas as a teen. As an adult I had never traveled internationally. I spoke about how there was no way that I could afford it. With that thought along with continuously speaking it, I hadn’t realized that I was setting things in motion. Eventually I got what I had spoken…Going absolutely nowhere! It was time to change what I was speaking.
Right Speaking:
I started seeing others traveling and I thought surely if they could go I most certainly should be able to. That thought changed my mindset. Then I started to speak in line with that thought. Next I put action behind it. I figured out what I needed to do to be able to travel, looked up places that I might want to go, checked expenses, etc. Then I made a plan. A year later…I saw! My 1st international trip was to Athens, Greece and since then I have been to 4 other countries and I don’t plan on stopping until I have been every place that I want to see. You know why? Because when you’ve already received what you’ve spoke into existence once, you know that you’re capable of seeing everything else that you speak come to fruition. If it happened once then you know it can happen again!
After a couple of successful trips, I started thinking of other areas in my life that I wanted to speak to see happen. Next was my job at the time. I was seeking a big promotion. Did it happen when I first spoke it? Nope. Did it happen when I followed up on it months down the line? No. No matter what it looked like, I kept speaking and knew that a promotion was going to happen. Then one day FINALLY it did happen. That’s not where the story ends though. I was thankful for my promotion, however, I spoke for a big promotion and that one wasn’t big. I didn’t stop speaking or believing for the big promotion. A month later, someone thought of me and referred me for a job and a month after that…BIG PROMOTION!!!
Simply put, I spoke some things into the universe and they appeared! Will it be easy? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!!! Keep speaking it and watch you actually have what you say. Choose what you want to have. I’m looking forward to hearing big things from you all. Take care!
